The Playa Blanca nightlife scene is relatively quieter than other resort towns such as Puerto del Carmen and the capital Arrecife. However, there still is a wide range of live music venues and late-night bars to choose from. The waters surrounding Playa Blanca are very safe for swimming. The beaches of Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo, and the Papagayo beaches are sheltered coves with shallow and calm waters. Lanzarote’s maximum length is roughly 60km and therefore all areas of the island are very accessible. Car rental is a popular option with many local operators available from the airport or Playa Blanca town. Roads are well-maintained and the island is well signposted. Taxis are also a good option and all fares are government-controlled meaning prices are cheaper than average European rates. All taxis serving Playa Blanca are white and red in colour. Uber and other ride sharing companies do not operate on the island of Lanzarote.

Yes, all our holiday villas in Playa Blanca feature a private outdoor heated pool which is heated 12 months per year to a warm 28 degrees, complete with sun loungers, BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
All our Playa Blanca Holiday Villas feature air conditioning throughout, we use A++ energy efficient devices which run silently and can both cool and heat as required depending on the month of your stay.

There is incredible value in Playa Blanca and private villas with heated pools can be rented from from as little as €70 per night for a one bedroom in low season. The same villa may cost €150 per night in high season. Larger four, five and six bedroom villas can rent from €170 per night in low season up to €650 per night in high season depending on the number of guests and the standard of the villas. 

Prices per night will also depend on the specification of the villa, does it have a heated pool for example which is nice in the winter months even though the sun is usually out.

To get the prices its best to book either well in advance or at very short notice. If you are flexible on your dates and number of nights owners will often offer amazing discounts to fill available dates in their calendars. At Playa Blanca Holiday Villas we charge per guest per night so even if the villa has more bedrooms than needed you only pay for the number of guests.
